All of our reformer sessions are scheduled by appointment so we can accommodate partner sessions. We do our best to find a time that works for you and your partner/s.Most of our existing clients have regular weekly times and maintain their day/time through out the year.

Simple Sol maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients canceling ANY session, within 24 hours of class start time will be charged for the session.
Semi Private and Trio Session Cancelations
Simple Sol is not responsible for finding partners or subs.
If a partner cancels with 24 hours of the session they will be charged and the other members of the group will have class as scheduled.
If a partner cancels 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled session they will not be charged.
The remaining partners have the following options:
1. Upgrade to a semi private or private session
2. Find a sub for the absent partner
3. Agree to cancel the session

If you bring a child to your session please get the consent of all partners prior to coming.
Meet Kate & Cristy!
We are real life best friends and fantastic partners in fitness!
It was our love of fitness that brought us together. We actually met in a Yoga class I (Cristy) was teaching and Kate attended every week. We live in the same community and began running into each other everywhere and became fast friends.
Soon after we started working out together and trying different classes around town. It only made sense that Kate start her journey in teaching yoga and pilates so she began attending workshops & earning her certifications.
I was ready for a new challenge so next step was pilates equipment training. I started on the reformer and was amazed and the things you could do, especially when you kick up the classic style a notch and add a fitness push.
Kate started training with me on the reformer she was blown away by the full body workout and couldn’t wait to start prepared to teach the reformer also. Together we have created a fitness style reformer workout that you must experience! We feel fortunate to have a wonderful clientele, many that have been training with us for several years. We are always growing and updating our workouts to keep everyone engaged and fit!
